A TECO haircut it is !  Like I've said before I knew I was overweight this stock and mid July  was a personal time frame I had for TECO and they weren't and aren't cutting the mustard.   Taking emotion out of it and seeing where we are after all my time invested in this dictates I at least shaved some risk off !    My overall position here is HOLD unless like I said before if you need cash from this in the next year or less.
