When the chart hits 1 cent IMHO..... Previous to the completion of Phase 1 hema- (Without crazy surprises- just hema itself) im guessing 4.3c/share stabilized price.  11.7c at bubble peak. 
Of course- all bets off when IND for min tech and phase 1 min tech start....
Buyouts from BP... etcetcetc....

Im just glad the fat cats arent jumping in yet.  Lets the accumulation continue.
