why can't we rise at all? what is going on? what will make this PPS finally rise? Not bashing but it's getting frustrating watching bashers bash this stock and see it drop on little volume. But it won't rise it's been held down for so long. IDK I know no one here is an oracle but can you guys see this rising? and why?
