Good post Kanola. I don't think it's a p&d, it is all managment , or lack there of. We could be sitting on the biggest oil discovery of the decade but if the morons in the office can't get their shit together, and act in a timely manner, it don't get us jack shit. Time is running out for their lack of execution.  They ought to know that.
