Generally the SEC is slow to take action.

I was involved in a scam that went on for 18 months before the SEC suspended the company. I worked on the scam for about 9 months.

For the most part the SEC let's knuckleheads screw other knuckleheads because most penny stock bashers don't have any juice at the federal level and can't get the attention of the SEC.

But, when they get enough complaints from me about SKTO they will look into it.

I am not certain the SEC has received my complaints - there is no way to know.

There a few on the Fraud board that have the ear of the SEC. For a price.

I can't predict the time frame of the basher trial but I can predict that I will be sued.

There are just too many red flags.
