Thanks PG, words of wisdom again.  Anyway even if they do decide to increase to 5 bill shares.  (Which I seriously doubt they will.) isn't it only suppose to happen a couple of months from now.

Can not anything happen before  a couple of months time from now.  Like some new funding sources which inturn would render the 5 bill share increase pointless and useless.

Just think about where BMSN will be a couple of months from now.  I seriously doubt well be in subpenny land in a couple of months from now, who knows, we may even be flirting with a dollar by then.
