Some dude @Heliopios on Twitter is claiming that skto has since jan 2013 had employees using multiple fake aliases on ihub to 'create a semblance of retail support'. I told him he's wrong and the opposite is occuring. He says he has a list of all suspected skto employee aliases. This should be good.
