I think keeping that platform separate, and potentially able to service dispensaries not on the KA/MDGRN group's list, allows them to be more profitable and opens the door to management as well.  They might have exclusive rights for payment systems for Medical Greens dispensaries, but there's no reason other dispensaries can't also use the system-- for a fee.  Mo' $$.
