With audited financials, reformation into the new company, and scrutiny by yet another outside source, this is going to jump....

I'll predict Novemberish...I think the Trayvon Martin case, oddly enough, may push Holder and Obama to reconsider their position on MJ more seriously... that's about the time I think the govt will make a decision to reschedule...and I'm gonna call it right now for a couple reasons: (1)  because of their embarrassment over the govt's staunch refusal to acknowledge MJ's medical value (cf 100+ peer-reviewed journal articles and counting, with Crohn's disease the most recent illness that seems to have dramatically reduced symptoms) AND (2) because heavy hitters like the NAACP have been advocating legalization in the face of heavy profiling abuses and conviction rates for blacks....race is still a card in this game, and the sting of abuses of blacks still hurts from the TM/Stand your ground case.

When that happens, one would want to be holding AMAP...
