for somebody that considers a ceo William Lieberman brilliant for no up listing ,no n1-101 ,no binding pr,s no explanation of missing concessions in fact no communication, ANOTHER 10 billion as raise AND OUTRIGHT LYING ON frivolous/NOT SO FRIVALIOUS lawsuit and a R.S. flat lined/dead just to name a few . what have I forgot the list and record is long
but yet brilliant he claims ....brilliant in a deceiving/corrupt way perhaps well orchestrated like a maestro
imo raccoon cannot be that gullible even if he ate to many paint chip in his crib as a child ...as u say being in bed with Lieberman is a more accurate logical description of his on and off actions
thanks for the heads up on okoil I will pm him and am happy some shareholders are taking action against this farse ..although I don't have much in ways of documentation towards leagle action I will helps with what I can and will be more then happy to join in the cause
