No, what you are doing is making a false statement period, as the company has not stated that they are not operating the SJ#3 anymore.  There is a difference in lying about a situation just because you do not have current information.  Consider this.  If you don't post for a week, should we all consider you struck out, or even dead?  I would hope not.  Give yourself a break.  What you are saying is that if Microsoft is developing a new operating system, and discloses a projected announcement date, cancells that date and doesn't give any more information for three months, the program has struck out.  Not a very smart comment.  Do you need a beer or something while you wait for Belize news?  It's coming.  Get Ready!
