thank you for the thoughtful reply -  perhaps if a person had less than 10K, say perhaps 4 or 5 ?  Baltia would benefit from that .  .  .  especially if many were to act .  .  .  .  it might be worth a call to BC to check it out -   you might be pleasantly surprised to find out that they would embrace it .  .  .
