ONCE AGAIN - for those of you considering purchasing shares publicly vs. a PP from Baltia -  please consider the following:

what good does it do to get a "good deal" at today's rates, if the company does not get the $$ it needs to become operational??     I would much rather invest at 25-50% higher price in a PP and have my stock worth something, than get 50% more shares of something that becomes worthless.  I have bought many shares via PP, and some over the counter -   right now, any money I invest will be via PP only, as I want to do everything  I can to increase the chance of all my previous investments being successful.
