I thought we'd be much farther along in production and my failure was not realizing where we were at, and what needed to be done a year ago.

I would never revel (someone else's) in failure as we all suffer at times without exception. Everyone here is fully aware of SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS ......SIOR.
