I tend to think that the big bucks are holding back for the up-listing.  I believe they are taking the "I'm from Missouri" attitude and hope that Tom continues to reach his objectives.  Since the stock did not perform with other positive PR's, I believe the up-list will trigger a massive buying frenzy.  After all, the bashers continue their BS about Tom's failures and each time there is a success, they have to scramble to find other points of dissension.  Once he up-lists, they are dead.  Case closed - nada info to bash.  Bless us all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  You have a nice evening.
