$WPNV is being consolidated in .06 range even with a lot of dirty tricks being made by MM..  makes sense to me.. not sellers at these levels, just MM tactics for not covering what could be millions shares.. take a look at the volumen shorted in these past weeks... http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WPNV/short-sales  .. lots of $$$$ are going to be made
