Uh, he hasn't had strike three yet.  Unless you know for a fact that the SJ#3 is a complete dry hole and can offer some proof why would you state that Max has struck out three times.  Well unless you just post false statements I guess.  As a matter of fact, from what I heard they are still working the rig today and will continue tomorrow and so on.  Unless you have talked to someone in the company who has said something different, there is no strike three.  In fact, quite the opposite.  Get Ready!
