For me, NVIV, and two real risky ones -- AVXL and PRAN. One of them MAY, and I do mean MAY, have a totally new treatment for brain diseases like alzheimer's and Huntington's. They are taking completely different approaches so it is unlikely that both of them are right -- but ya never know.
