I agree, but there has not been much in the way of happy days since these guys took over.  They got slicked, apparently, by a Limo owner, and seem to be way over their heads.  If they can't come up with 25 grand then this thing is over.  Why move into a clean shell only to trash it.  We will know what's up next week for sure, but their short business history, as a public company, does not bode well.
