I do not know what role this guy or position playes in the process... but I also took from itt that if they can satisfy this guy, then we are off....  who knows, maybe this week that get that guy spun in the correct direction.   all I know is that there are a lot of voters that are thrilled to see govt work to its slowest...  lol
