sdscoop, I agree with your premise that North Cal would not want to be associated with a scam company.  However, I am not certain we are to that point yet.  Hollund very likely needs money for start up costs, and this selling and/or converting is likely for that purpose.  The problem is that Hollund has not seen fit to tell us.  Lets see if we can cross that bridge first.  The issue of Class C conversions has been brought up with the company twice now, and without an adequate response.
