You are 100% wrong. If I sold shares I would have to report it. I have not sold a single share. No insiders have sold a single share. If I do wish to sell shares I will report the sale before hand, because I would have to file 144 paper work to get the shares free trading to sell because the company can not ever issue free trading shares.

We are right in the middle of our Q and moving towards the launch. I can't talk about anything else at this time but I had to stop by to correct these incorrect statements.  Also, as I have said time and again there will be no rev split. It would serve no purpose to us.

Lastly, I am holding 153 million of the Punch shares which I am matching with 153 million of my personal shares. As soon as we have what we need to retire these we will do so by returning them to treasury and reducing the issued and outstanding.  We don't retire shares by some how sell them into the market.
