COHO retired 3 billion a/s shares on July 13, 2012, from 4 billion. Then on July 25th, they reduced the o/s by 50 million shares.
There was a small run, but they still have news coming on the Big Tom Blind that will open this up, and bits of news coming out of the outdoors shows that there could be some new distributors.
Dan Cooper has a great management team put in place and they currently have aligned themselves with some of the best outdoors distributors so far in the business. When you look at what each company has done, in terms of hunting, this is big.
We also know that the Big Tom Blind, which is the newest product, is in front of the powers to be at NWTF, and if they give their seal of approval, this opens the door to bigger outdoor store distributors.
We have heard that more news is coming, as early as tomorrow, maybe on Monday. With the last show this weekend, the door is wide open.
Hope this helps.
