I talked to BC a couple of days ago. I must have caught him at a bad time. As a caller i was shocked by the blunt ness and the bothered reaction that i called There was nothing but frustration coming from him. I do not want to alarm anyone but I guess this is shareable. They were about to resubmit corrections yet again. The frustration is aimed in one specific direction. Either the ny FAA does not know what they are looking for or this will be the most complete and water tight certification done in the history of mankind.
Either way, he did mention something that was interesting. They were deliberating the possibility of submitting in another region. it would add to the time line a few weeks but pretty much the same guys in Washington will be reviewing. They know that this would be very productive
I do not know if that was discussed last night or what. I assume that BC was caught at a bad time, but I will say this. They are very confident that the submission is correct as that has been verified with the Washington team. The new York guy is a problem. They are going to keep trying.... it's not the product- it is the politics
