BLDW is part of a huge development!
I know similar companies which started 10-12 years ago the way BLDW does - Germany saw a huge increase in green energy production during the last 10 years. This ended up in over production of green energy - and in multi $$ for these stocks 
Obama is leading the USA into a change of energy politics - this change is overdue!!! That´s why they support it with tax incentives. More than 90% of the US electricity is generated through coal, gas, petroleum. These fossils are limited...
