I have been posting on that fact as well, since some of my very first posts on that other site. As well as they have always been listed as "Restricted Shares" there is allot of paperwork to the "SEC" and a waiting period once filed to change their status. 2.1 Billion Shares and you have to consider the "Preferred Shares".
