still waiting on sec reg statement,prospectus and financials etc- in my experience these co's ALWAYS overestimate how fast these things can be done- especially when it comes to the complex process of auditing- and we dont know whether they will initially have audited- but everything we know indicates they plan on uplisting to OTCBB,which requires 2 years audited -and now that their financials have been uncoupled from the JV since Aug 2011 (see CWRN complaint-despite Geos alleged commingling and withholding of millions of revenues) CWRN is entering a position/time to do 2 years independent financials.

Footnotes re legal receivables etc would be necessary and that is a moving target right now w a lot of legal activity- Texas case scheduled to be over in early to mid August. And at time of PR  a June 7 Calif hearing might have granted judgment against Geo in Ca, which had not yet appeared in the Calif case -which was filed 9-5-12 and an entry of default entered against Geo ca Dec 1,2012.

Then not only does Geo make a surprise entrance June 7  they come w a motion to undo the Dec 1 entry of default against them-such motion to be heard in August. I've never seen a business no show before and then showing in the manner Geo did June 7 is bizarre also.

We dont know whether these games have any effect on the timing of the things promised in the PR or not.  2nd qtr ended 6-30 w financials due 8-15-13 for the qtr so these things should not impact 2nd qtr financials except to the extent of amendments to footnotes re future impact of the legal cases- which should end in a net plus for CWRN if theres ANY justice left, as CWRN's complaint is much larger, involving many more counts and much higher potential penalties,actual and punitive.
