It's amazing that after all these years of the internet, that people forget to log out before posting props on their own posts in the 3rd person.
Yet, they claim Matt Dwyer is the fraud. Dwyer has NEVER, and the Rock means NEVER been convicted of any crimes (Figured I would quote the greatest 3rd person speaker in the history of the world).
True, Matt Dwyer has made mistakes, true Matt Dwyer is late in his promises, but that doesn't make him a fraud or a criminal, unlike some others.
