Do you really think pointing to somebody else's bad bahavior works as an adequate and viable defense in a libel suit for your own behavior?

Why was a criminal, in prison, named Conrad Black so successful at his libel suits is that were the case?  He even sued the former Chairman of the SEC for libel.....and won!  (via settlement)

SteveF/Train1 -- everybody across the board, combined, didn't commit as much blatant libel as you have.  You are so sloppy it's hysterical.  Even PaperProphet was extremely careful with very very few examples of all of his posts actually crossing the line past opinion and into libel.
