The SIRG DEIS (Draft Environmental Impact Statement) was filed by Rizzo on July 27th. I believe this document has to be available for public comment and therefore must be published somewhere.

An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is a document that provides comprehensive information about a project's purpose and need, proposed plans, and potential environmental effects in areas such as wetlands and wildlife, noise and future traffic operations. Creating an EIS is required as part of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). Before an EIS can become final, it must be released in draft form for the public to review, comment on and ask questions about.

A 45 day public comment period is normal so 11 days have already passed and that DEIS should be available somewhere. I checked the Kingman Daily Miner and found nothing.
