IMO the MM's are playing games. I've had a sizeable order that has gone unfilled since 8/1/12 at .0008. Yet they painted the close today with a bid of .0007 when I still had an open order! Over 3.7 million traded in 8's today but they only saw fit to fill 20,000 shares of my order and I had similar results Wednesday thru Friday of last week.
