Jason most definitely brought Natalie in and gave her a directive to only bring a value enhancing merger, joint venture. She was brought in to ensure shareholders are not only protected but will
realize positive gains from a value enhancing deal gets done and merged into the clean $DUSS shell.
We are golden with Natalie Bannister at interim CEO. All her hard work is about to be revealed IMO !
