All picks are adjusted using the open price as the alerted price, however, I may change this and make an additional rules since the Big Board stocks, unlike the OTC stocks, trade pre-market.  For now, it is open price and your alerted price will be adjusted based on this price.  Give me until the end of the trading day as the open price sometimes get adjusted throughout the day so I will check multiple sources, but my etrade quote shows it at $2.81 open.
