Good Morning Lumberg.  I hear what you are saying, and agree completely.  I expect the R/S to be massive.  Past history shows William likes to do 1000 to 1 and that would produce an attractive share structure.  At least, until he dilutes it again.

It's interesting that MMTE is registered as an oil and gas company in Wyoming (this is what MMTE was before William changed direction to pursue lithium), yet the financial filing still says MMTE is a lithium company --- strange.

Since NOS is now posting again on I-dud, maybe you should ask him if MMTE is still going to merge with his other loser --- TTXP.
