HIMR SCOREBOARD dated July 19, 2013

1. Financial filing by OTC deadline (May 20th, 2013) --- DONE.

2. First concession secured at Lago Bayano (Lake Bayano) on July 19, 2013.

Concession size is 1,000 Hectors or approximately 4 square miles --- DONE.

3. Funding source and details within the next three weeks.

4. TigerLynk build timeline --- DONE.

5. Audit update within the next five weeks.

6. Definitive orders from North Cal.

7. Tentative start date for logging is September/October --- DONE.

8. Update on share structure and statement indicating when we can expect more.

Common Shares increased this quarter 1.109 BILLION shares because a small portion of Class C shares were converted to Common shares (only 2,218). The increase in common shares is 1,109,000,000 as of March 31, 2013. There are 695,732 Class C shares issued and remaining that still may be converted unless an agreement can be made with the beneficial shareholders. Right now, no such agreement exists.
