Has anyone considering suing those actually responsible for stealing so much money from them in this scam?  Seems like a better outlet for one's angst than blaming those who tried to warn you.

By the way, where did all the money go? $37 million, cash... Poof! But look over there and blame the people pointing out the misrepresentations while they were happening... Fun times always. Watch for falling shoes!
