Man....that $650,000 libel award was for something VERY mild in comparison to things said against JBII and its mgmt:

Verdun described Astley as “unethical, greedy, and narrowly-focussed.” He also warned Galloway that Astley’s appointment would give him “no choice but to engage in a very public campaign against him.”

That's nothing! Yet 650,000 clams award. Oh, and does this desperation from the same case sound familiar?
