I have the same question as well as how did I get banned from a board and to whom do I appeal to?  The "contact" page does not seem to get answers, I have emailed and sent PMs to IH Admin and IH Admin COO.

How do I get answers here?  I was really liking IH until now, so ANY answers would be appreciated.
