I have to say, I am very curious as to the offering they plan on rolling out at this big meeting. IMO it doesn't make sense to go into a PP with restricted stock when you can get it at somewhere around 2 or below unrestricted. I think the money u could potentially make by selling the unrestricted stock quickly could outway any benefit of the aadt'l warrants which are typical double the PP price. To me it just doesn't make sense.  If you are going to buy more the open market is the way to go.
