His response makes me nervous.  "What Mess?" Is he F**KING BLIND or just plain delusional!  We were a no bid for a minute.  We haven't seen financials that were promised in Nov.   I haven't sold anything, nor do I plan to.  But for a supposedly intelligent CEO to say what mess just pisses me off.  Acknowledge the fact that we are months behind, extend the 2 year consent ban as a show of good faith that he is really working in the best interest of the company and more importantly its faithful shareholders!
