it's strange the bashers know the news before we do. they must be well-connected. i doubt SKTO would be giving them a heads up, so it must be from either marketwire, or from the people SKTO does business with. i.e. if they were filing a S1, then the service that is doing the filing, or the legal firm that signed off.

regardless it's very troubling.
