My theory is that janice, cyberbullymouse, integral and a few others belong to a group that either:

1.) holds convertibles at a discount to average trading price and want to bring the price down so they get more shares

2.) are naked short and will buy restricted shares at a discount to cover in the future

3.) have a personal vendetta due to past failed business ventures
