Not sure I can agree with this - the TRRC (which is really the only thing any one should be looking at) shows exactly zero (00000) increase in production - despite all the PR's, announcements of financing, etc. there has been exactly ZERO oil production increase. 

How can you take anything the company says seriously at this point?  I'm sure I'm not alone in not giving Treaty the benefit of the doubt at this point....
