I did have contact with Mr. Benz last Friday nite.
The following email was sent to him:
Dear Mr. Benz,
As you may well know there appears to be an orchestrated group that is trying to take down SKTO's stock price and prevent Sk3 from being a success. This group does operate on the IHub forum site. I'm sure you are aware of it and do read it.
This group is using misrepresentation/deceit and stock manipulation and wire fraud. The price of SKTO stock is being painted down (sells) by 3000 share sells.
Is there anything you can do to arrest this stock manipulation? Kevin Allyn lamblasted Iglow in his letter awhile back. Can a TRO be issued against him.
Jeff did in fact call me. I was flattered. Enamored really. The gist of the conversation was that Hipple was NOT involved and the "DEFAMERS" were being considered, but carefully due to liability concerns. Conversation was for 7 minutes.
