with an all in cost of ca 45/ton,which is reduced by any premium ore at a rate of ca 5/ton for each % over the 62% benchmark, and cost is reduced much more when they sell the fertilizer byproduct, thats a lot of profit if they get some ships moving- difficulty negotiating w Chinese? who are always difficult to negotiate with-but spot price is actual latest market contract prices
would be nice to get the 135,000 tons plus fertilizer moving to the USA-probably to Portland Oregon from what we've previously heard, nearest port to OMRI's Eugene Oregon distribution center, and from what bingo said is worth a lot more than regular iron-see his 9-8-12 post
