That would be up to the courts to decide. Just to be clear, I don't think knight's problem was from naked shorting, just a f'd up trade. But, with respect to the bears screwing with TECO, the names that keep popping up are CSTI and VNDM. I think that CSTI is in worse shape of the two and could take heavy losses once they get squeezed but still manage to survive.
