It's got to be painful financially dumping into the bid. Even assuming those shares were acquired at $0.0003, its a 33% loss of capital. At higher rates its much greater. Every 1M shares acquired for $300 is realized for $200. On todays volume, that's almost $1,400 in losses (plus commission) in the "best case" ($0.0002/3) scenario.
