A good group of people invested into a great shell company with very low debt, an interim CEO who is a Mergers and Acquisitions consultant, a float mostly owned by long shareholders and only 302M shares in float itself, etc. etc.
Basically, when a good merger company merges in...KABOOM... PPS takes off and we understand it is coming VERY Soon...so time is running out for those who want in cheap IMO.
