I think CDFT market cap will surpass $50 MM requirement on it's own with registration.

$2.50 * (X) > 50MM

X equals preferred shareholders times 100,000.

I would assume that there enough shareholders that grabbed up the preferred. Let's just say 200 people.  Each shareholder gets at least 100,000 after conversion. I understand that some of you got two.

$2.50 * (200 * 100,000) = $50 MM

As usual, correct me if I'm wrong. I would think that each company, ANDI and ARNH, will become their own BDC in the near future.
