Its a long term play folks ... True its been too long though ... End of July TheCEO will speak either with wallet or with the sell button   I have no qualms with taking a TECO haircut at this point.  They do need to run a business and PPS will take care of itself supposedly but more insiders and have recently lifted their restrictions on shares... Not all the selling is shorting or NSS !  So in closing I say get a handle on the oil and your people or I guarantee you TheCEO script will flip!  My current stance is HOLD unless you are new then throwing a few hundred bucks here wouldn't be a bad thing if you can stand waiting  for months.
